LADIES' MINISTRY-LADIES OF GRACE

Our ladies ministry, aka… Ladies of Grace, meets the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of women at Carolinas Cornerstone and within our community. 

We offer relevant small group Bible studies, support groups and activities for women of all ages, in every season of life. 

Our goal is to encourage women to meet new friends, build lasting relationships and grow in their spiritual journey, as we pursue faithfully,  a Christ-centered life.

Some of our outreach ministries include:

* Cards for Encouragement-this ministry sends hand made as well as store bought cards to shut ins, the sick, and anyone who is in need of an encouraging word. You can join them by creating cards, writing a note in a card, or if card making is not your thing, you can always donate a book of stamps! Lead Contact  Frances Duerr

    * Helping Hands-is a ministry which helps members/visitors of our church who are not in a Life Group, when they have a need. Needs can vary from needing a meal for a family after a death, or birth of a newborn baby or even surgery, to, helping a single mom move.

    * Family Promise-is a local not-for-profit organization that provides meals, shelter, support services and life skills training  for homeless families through coordination with area churches,  social service agencies, and volunteers. Lead Contact: Stacy Cleeland

    * Ministry Fair-Want to get plugged in here at Carolinas Cornerstone?  No better way to see what we have than at our yearly Ministry Fair! All the ministries and life groups have information on what and who they are. Lead Contact Anita Welborn

    Looking to join a life group just for the ladies? CC currently offers a couple of classes to choose from:

    • In His Image-Tuesday mornings 10:00 Led by Kathie Phillips  Current Study: When God Weeps 
    • Living on Fire for God-Tuesday nights 6:30 Led by Holly Hood Current Study: Crazy Love
    • G.R.O.W.-Wednesday nights 6:15 Led by Anita Welborn Next Study: Beth Moore's Esther

    From card making to ministry fairs, to events planned with other community churches, our Ladies of Grace team is made up of 5 wonderful women who work hard to connect  ALL the ladies of the church.
