Where can you plug in?
Led By: Gerry Moore
Who: Are you a task-oriented person who likes working behind the scenes? Are you looking for a ministry that is vital to the church but doesn't require much time? If so, this is the ministry for you!
What: We all know that first impressions say a lot and the cleanliness of our campus speaks volumes. It is the mission of the church's cleaning team to rid our facility of dirt, germs and grime on a weekly basis to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests and members on Sunday mornings. Because we have volunteers who clean instead of hiring an outside company, the church is able to direct more funds towards other ministries. That translates into at least $15,000 per year that is used for things like educational material, outreach programs and VBS. You too can easily help fund these and other ministries by volunteering for the cleaning team.
Where: Carolinas Cornerstone Church, Classroom 108.
When: Currently our teams clean once every week, at one of the following times.

How You Can Help: We are looking for volunteers (men, women and youth) who are able to give approximately 2 hours on an occasional Friday or Saturday to help keep our church clean. As of now, we have teams of 4 people that clean on a rotating schedule, approximately once every 5 weeks. As we accrue a few more helping hands, and add more teams, the time span between cleanings will expand.
Bicycle Repair Ministry
Bicycle Repair Ministry
Led By: Billy Wilson.
Who: If you have old bikes, or are handy with tools and bike repair, we'd love to have you!
What: We are the bicycle repair ministry! We take old, worn out bikes and make them new again. We accept donations from anyone, and would appreciate all types, sizes, and nearly any level of brokenness. Once we're finished fixing up the bikes, we take them to impoverished homes in our area and give them to the children there. This gives them a sense of belonging and allows them transportation and freedom. They really feel the love from Carolinas Cornerstone!
Where: Drop off your bikes on the side of the church
When: Whenever you have the bikes!
Led By: Pastor Barry
Who: Team members do not necessarily need to have specific skills, but will need to perform tasks necessary to help organize, complete, and then tear down various sets and elements. Carpentry, painting, artistic drawing, and creative imagination are looked for and appreciated on this team! If you can sand wood, handle a paint brush or light your way out of darkness, we want you!
What: Our set team has the privilege of helping to create the physical environment in which God's message is presented.
Stage design, videos, creative lighting- these are things that some think of as a waste of time and money. Here at CC we believe set design is a crucial visual way to represent a truth in a physical way that you will remember the rest of the day, the rest of the week, or maybe even the rest of the month!
When you come to our worship service these visual elements let you know we are not a part of the status quo. If the stage or feeling of the room is different- which can be accomplished through stage design and lighting- you will automatically expect something different. If this allows your heart to be more open to God's voice, more open to receiving His message then THAT makes it all worth it.
Sermons- We work together to provide elements that complement the Pastor's sermon series and prepare the people to experience God's Word. We try to create a visual reminder of the message you are hearing through the sermon series.VBS- We prepare unique designs for the stage and worship center for VBS, our yearly Christmas productions and other special events within our church.
Where: Carolinas Cornerstone
When: Whenever there is a new sermon series
Contact Pastor Barry at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to fill this position or be a part of the sets team.

What We Do
* Praise Team: Our Praise Team is a group of talented vocalists who lead worship with 4 to 5 contemporary songs on Sunday Mornings at the 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services. The ability to read musical notation is necessary to become a part of this ministry.
* Worship Musicians: The Worship Musician Team is in place to support congregational praise and worship. Skilled musicians with the ability to read chord charts in multiple keys are always in demand.
* AV/Technical team: Our audio and video techs provide critical support for the worship experiences by running multimedia presentations, sermon note presentations, sound system, or computer equipment for regular worship services as well as for special projects throughout the year. Quick learners with a servant's spirit and the ability to multi-task can do very well in these roles. Training is available!
Carolinas Cornerstone is dedicated to our community, our country, and our world. We have many opportunites to reach out to other people outside of our church.
