Details about the class this ministry offers:
Instruction will be given using 'dummy numbers' and a made up family, with hand outs so that you will be able to learn the lessons without having to provide sensitive information.
Handouts will help connect what is being taught in the class to 'real life' so you can then go home and apply the lessons using your own finances.
Blank worksheets will be included in the handouts, as well as worksheets to be done in class using the dummy numbers. (This will give you an example to base your own finances on once you are home.)
If at any time you feel like you need more help, or guidance you can make an appointment with Kelly to meet in a private session outside of class time.
It is recommended that couples take the class together.
This class is based on the principles of Crown Financial and Financial Peace.
There are three goals for this class:
1. How to save for an emergency fund
2. How to work towards getting out of debt.
3. How to save for future expenses and goals.
What this class is not:
It is not for estate planning.
It is not investment planning.
It is not a tax class.
It is not for small business planning.
