5K TRAINING PROGRAM!
Want to get on pace for this year’s 5k at our 2nd annual Health and Community Fair at CCC? Join in on a beginners approach to walking/running with the Couch to 5K (C25K) training program beginning on Saturday February 4th. This is for all ages and we encourage families to train together. "C25K" SCHEDULE:
Wk 1 Day 2 on TUESDAY: Willowbrook Neighborhood, Fort Mill 6:30 and 7:00
Wk 1 Day 3 on THURSDAY: Willowbrook Neighborhood, Fort Mill 6:30
Wk 2 Day 1 on Saturday: Manchester Park 8 am (come early to warm up)
***Any suggestions for places to run that is well lit for our Night runs!
Ladies Retreat UPDATE:

Registration is now CLOSED> Wait list will get first option to go if someone drops out....click on the RSVP option HERE. (Scroll down to the bottom of the page. RSVP link is on the left side, under the PayPal buttons.) This is the ONLY way to get on the wait list.
Wait list is first come first serve. You will be contacted if a spot opens up. You may continue to make payments for your reserved spots and to donate for other women to attend, by using the PayPal options on the website page.
RANSOMED YOUTH:
Annual Valentine’s Day Dinner & Show Sat 2/11/12 5:30-8:30pm Ticket sales have ENDED for this event.
Students who are participating in the Val. Dinner entertainment, greeters, servers etc need to be at CC NLT 4:30 pm. Dress appropriately. (no need for fancy duds....but nice)
Two options to practice your skits, etc- Friday 2/10 from 5pm-7pm and on Saturday 12/11 2pm for anyone who wants help setting up, or just wants to get some extra practice in on their routine.
ANYONE who is willing to help with setup on Friday nite, and break down after the event please contact Dave 803-372-7259 (we will be moving chairs, tables, before and after, as well as cleaning up trash, running the vacuums, general tidying up after the dinner is over)
Summersalt Camp 2012 Registration Sun 1/15/12 - 3/11/12: - Summersalt is June 25-29 this year. $100.00 deposit is due no later than 3/11/12.
Youth who plan to attend Summersalt need to hurry up and complete their bio’s for the sponsorship project. Info needed: Name, age, grade, interests/hobbies, and favorite snacks/beverages, what you hope to gain from your experience at Summersalt 2012 and anything else you’d like to add.
Movie Night - Sat 2/25/12: The Grace Card $2.00/person admission - popcorn/snacks/drinks will be $1.00 each (youth fund raiser)
