What to expect:
If you're checking out Carolinas Cornerstone for the first time, you can expect a contemporary Baptist worship, a fun and exciting kids program, and an energetic youth program. Where ever you choose, our goal is to continually grow our relationship with Jesus. This website should help you with all the questions you may have as to who we are, what we believe, and what we do. If you need anything else answered just send an email with your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get right back to you. Thanks for checking us out and we hope to see you soon.
Who are we?
Carolinas Cornerstone consists of a wide range of different people, from all ages and different backgrounds. Whoever you are, you are assured a very warm welcome at Carolinas Cornerstone. We are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention.
What can my kids do?
We offer a nursery for kids aged 0-2 (or 3).
The Jungle kids for ages 3-5 (potty trained) will learn about Jesus, have a snack, create a bible themed craft and maybe even play a game.
The Treehouse kids grades Kindergarten-Fourth, have a jam packed worship experience including movement, interactive bible lessons, small groups, and games.
Wired 24/7 is our Middle School group, grades 5-8.
The Journey is our High School group, grades 9-12.
What to wear:
This is easy. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We are an informal church and accept people as they are. There is no need to dress up to try and be someone that you're not. Whether you come as a suited business person or in casual attire that is fine with us. The preacher often preaches in JEANS so don't be afraid to come as you are!
How to Connect:
Connecting to each other means you are not just showing up on Sundays, but living God's word! We are the Church. The church is not the building. We invite you to connect into each other’s lives and live as the family of God. Many Americans have a strange idea of being a Lone Ranger Christian. But remember:
"They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved." -Acts 2:46b-47
Here is a link to our Connect page to help you find ways to grow closer in your walk with the Lord.
