​I am proud to be an American. I am so thankful for every man and woman who has served this great country in some way. I want to thank our men and women who have served in our military. Thank you for fighting for our freedom. Thanks to the men and women who serve as firefighters, first responders, volunteers, and our police. THANK YOU!
​I have a question I want to ask you.  Have you ever taken the time to read The Declaration of Independence? I doubt many of us have, so I want to share a few lines from it.
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness…”
​Have you ever wondered what happened to the 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence? Five signers were captured by the British as traitors and tortured before they died. Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned. Two lost their lives serving in the Revolutionary Army. Another had two sons captured. Nine of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary War. They signed and pledged their lives and their fortunes. And their sacred honor. Please, I ask you please do not take freedom for granted. 

God has blessed America because she was founded upon the promises and principles of the Word of God! Do not let some secularist tell you that America did not have a spiritual beginning! America was born out of a revival.

Patrick Henry, the patriot and founding father of our country said, “It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this nation was founded not by religionists but by Christians, not on religions but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ.”
