​Do you like to sleep? There is a study from the Sleep Foundation that reported that each adult needs 7 to 9 hours daily. 

​Carolinas Cornerstone is on a mission. Local churches today are constantly being pulled in a million different directions. With so many programs, needs, and decisions to make, it can be easy for churches to become inward-focused. But the essence of the church, both historically and biblically, is outward-facing. A mission-minded church does not just serve its own members but actively engages with the world around it, fulfilling the command of Christ to make disciples of all nations. (Matthew 28:19-20).

You need guardrails that keep you from drifting. In your Christian walk, guardrails act like the boundaries on a highway. They are designed by a loving God not to restrict your freedom but to protect you from spiritual, emotional, and relational destruction. They steer you away from danger and help you stay on the path toward peace and maturity. 

​Work is a big part of people’s lives. Whether you go to the office or work from home, you spend more time focused on work-related tasks than household activities and interact more with coworkers than with family members. It is essential to ensure that you feel connected to God in your workplace, considering that most are environments focused on anything but Christ at the center. Work can be stressful, challenging, frustrating, and full of disappointments and unhealthy competition.

​I am proud to be an American. I am so thankful for every man and woman who has served this great country in some way. I want to thank our men and women who have served in our military.
