Jesus at the Office

​Work is a big part of people’s lives. Whether you go to the office or work from home, you spend more time focused on work-related tasks than household activities and interact more with coworkers than with family members. It is essential to ensure that you feel connected to God in your workplace, considering that most are environments focused on anything but Christ at the center. Work can be stressful, challenging, frustrating, and full of disappointments and unhealthy competition.

You do not have to be a preacher, missionary, or Bible scholar to be a powerful witness for Christ. You do not even have to have all the answers!

“Go everywhere in the world and tell the Good News to everyone.” (Mark 16:15 NCV)

God has empowered you through His Holy Spirit to be a witness for Him. And He will give you the words you need… at just the right moment… that will speak into the heart of the person you are sharing with.

As time goes by, you will become more effective and more confident in your Christian witness. You simply need to be willing and available to share the hope that you have experienced in Jesus Christ… and the Lord will do the rest!

If you are a believer, you have a story of how Christ has changed your life. You have experienced times when your prayers were answered or when a Bible verse gave you direction or comfort at a crucial moment.

That is your story… and that is what the people around you need to hear! So let me challenge you to ask the Lord to give you boldness and begin to share your faith with others.

You will be amazed by how God will use you to be a witness for Him!
