EVENT/PROMO DATES
All promo info is due 4 WEEKS PRIOR to the event registration due date. All events require registration through Planning Center except Prayer Meetings. (Please try to choose either a Wed or Sun to close registration) |
ADS RUN FOR TWO WEEKS
All promos will run for two weeks except for events that have a long sign-up time, (like retreats, camps or VBS) we will rotate and update the ad as needed. |
FINAL NOTES
Foyer posterboards are $65.00 each. They will come out of your budget. All poster boards must have pre-approval before funds can be allocated. Please reach out to the Director of Ministry Development for approval. |
All events that cost the church money, require some sort of fee to help offset the costs.
The Pastor and Director of Ministry Development have final approval on all advertising.
